Booking & Appointments

You can book an appointment through our website by clicking the "Book Now" button, calling us at (123) 456-7890, or visiting our salon in person. We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance for the best availability.
We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee of 50% of the service price. We understand emergencies happen and will work with you on a case-by-case basis.
We recommend arriving 10-15 minutes before your scheduled appointment. This gives you time to check in, fill out any necessary forms (for new clients), and relax before your service begins.

Services & Treatments

We use only premium, salon-grade products from trusted brands. Our hair care line includes Olaplex, Redken, and Kerastase. For nails, we use OPI and CND. Our skincare products are dermatologist-approved and suitable for all skin types.
Yes! We offer complimentary consultations for all new clients and for anyone considering a significant change (like a major color transformation). This helps us understand your goals and recommend the best services for you.
Absolutely! We encourage you to bring photos of styles you love. This helps us understand your vision and ensures we're on the same page. Just keep in mind that results may vary based on your hair type and condition.
Service times vary: Haircuts take 45-60 minutes, color services 2-3 hours, highlights 2-3 hours, manicures 30-45 minutes, pedicures 45-60 minutes, and facials 60-90 minutes. We'll give you an accurate time estimate when you book.

Pricing & Payment

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), debit cards, cash, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. We also offer gift cards that can be purchased in-salon or online.
For services over $150 or appointments during peak hours (weekends and evenings), we require a 50% deposit to hold your appointment. This deposit is applied to your final bill.
Yes! We offer 15% off for first-time clients, 10% senior discount (65+), student discount with valid ID, and referral rewards. We also have seasonal promotions and package deals. Sign up for our newsletter to stay updated on special offers.

Policies & Safety

Your satisfaction is our priority! If you're not happy with your service, please let us know within 7 days. We'll schedule a complimentary redo to make it right. We want you to leave feeling beautiful and confident.
Many of our services are safe during pregnancy, but we recommend consulting with your doctor first. We offer pregnancy-safe nail polishes and can adjust chemical treatments as needed. Please inform your stylist if you're pregnant or nursing.
Absolutely! Please let us know about any allergies or sensitivities when booking or upon arrival. We carry hypoallergenic and fragrance-free products and can perform patch tests before color services.
